key-facts.com is a novel online service for Mortgage Lenders. It was built in response to the new regulatory environment for mortgage lenders in the UK, introduced by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in 2004. It provides lenders with a web-based solution to enable their brokers (or "intermediaries") to create all of their required Key Facts Illustration (KFI) documentation online, quickly and easily - with 24 hour access.

New modules are currently in development at Linksfield to support the new Consumer Credit Act 2006, which comes into effect from April 2008 and which introduces a new regulatory regime for credit lenders in the UK by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT).
